Western Precast
Our History
Western Concrete Works opened in 1946 under the ownership of Robert Leo Feuerstein. Mr. Feuerstein operated the company until his death in 1971. His wife, Mildred Feuerstein-Kramer, operated the company through the 1970’s. Mr. John Kramer managed the company from 1971 and served as General Manager and later as President through 2014. The company incorporated under the name of Western Precast Concrete Inc., in 1986. Today David Feuerstein holds the position of President and Leo Feuerstein serves as Secretary-Treasurer and CFO.
