A production staff member, Moises says that what he enjoys most about working at Western is building top quality cement boxes and completing his work in a timely manner. When he’s not doing his best on the job, he enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend.
A staff member in our shipping department, Cristian assists our drivers with their loads and although the work is new to him, he learns more and more each day. When he’s not busy learning new skills at work, he says he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

A production staff member, Victor says he really enjoys the work involved in making forms and installing rebar, as well as learning something new every day. When he’s not busy at work, he says he enjoys playing sports and likes to play soccer on the weekends.
A production staff member, Alfredo says what he most enjoys about his job here is his work of installing rebar and also likes his work schedule. On his spare time, Alfredo says he enjoys grilling steak, listening to music and spending quality time with his family.
A production staff member, Fabian says he enjoys working together with his “teammates” in building the cement boxes that are vital to our city’s water system. When he’s not being a team player at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out and playing basketball.
