Western Precast Concrete, Inc. would like to recognize Richard Ríos as an employee that has almost six years combined time as an employee after returning to his job as a driver at Western Precast Concrete, Inc. in 2006. When asked what brought him back, he said, “I have a wife and three kids and I was on the road so much. I realized that Western Precast Concrete, Inc. gives me the opportunity to be home with my family on weekends and evenings.
