Keeping Everyone Safe – That’s the goal!

Western Precast is proud to announce a major safety milestone. We have achieved 982 days without a lost time incident as of June 11th, 2026. This achievement reflects a dedication to safety by all our staff and demonstrates the spirit of teamwork. Western realizes and operates knowing that safety is a shared responsibility of all staff members.
Our success in safety is driven by a proactive and consistent approach in all endeavors and actions each day by all staff members.
A few of the key elements of our safety culture here at Western are regular safety meetings, job safety analysis and ongoing hazard assessments conducted on a regular and frequent basis.
These efforts allow us to identify potential risk and hazards early on and take action before an incident occurs. Western builds its safety culture from a complete and total staff participation foundation. Every team member plays an active role in maintaining a safe work environment and it is this commitment that allows us to reach our goals. Our successful safety record is a benefit to the corporation but more importantly the true value is in keeping everyone safe and making sure each staff member gets home to their loved ones safely each day.
