Since the beginning of 2007 Western Precast Concrete, Inc. has been working with Encore Staffing Services. There are currently seven staff members who are working with Western Precast Concrete, Inc. from Encore Staffing Services that provide assistance in a variety of ways, from helping in the yard, to assisting with pouring and cleaning up.
