For our Spring/Summer 2022 issue, Western Precast is proud to recognize Greta Vasquez, Project Manager. Greta joined the Western Precast family three years ago. She started as a drafter and was quickly promoted to Project Manager. What she enjoys the most about working here is the work environment. Western Precast takes care of the staff as if they were family. Everybody is friendly and willing to help and they all work for as a team.
Whenever she’s not at work, she likes spending time with family and friends. She likes going to the movies, trying new restaurants, and visiting art exhibitions.
Greta has a degree in industrial design and used to work as a designer in a jewelry shop. She is happily engaged. What motivates her is that every day is a new challenge. Every project is different and comes with its own set of obstacles. Being able to resolve all the issues that arise and have positive outcomes is a big gratification. Her career goals are to be more knowledgeable and able to take on more responsibilities. The advice she has for the new employees is that hard work pays off. Western Precast will help you and will give you the opportunity to move up no matter your background.

Para nuestra edición Primavera/Verano 2022, Western Precast se enorgullece de reconocer a Greta Vasquez, Gerente de Proyecto. Greta se unió a la familia de Western Precast hace tres arios. Comenzó como redactora y rápidamente fue ascendida a Gerente de Proyectos. Lo que mas disfruta de trabajar aquí es el amblente laboral. Western Precast cuída al personal como si fuera de la familla. Todos son amables y están díspuestos a ayudar y todos trabajan en equípo.
Cuando no está en el trabajo, le gusta pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos. Le gusta ir al cine, probar nuevos restaurantes y visitar exposiciones de arte.
Greta es licenciada en diserio industrial y solía trabajar como diseñadora en una joyería. Ella esta felizmente comprometida comprometida. Lo quela motiva es que cada día es un nuevo desafio. Cada proyecto es diferente y víene con su propío conjunto de obstáculos. Poder resolver todos los problemas que surgen y tener un resultado positivo es una gran gratificación. Sus objetivos profesionales son tener mas conocimientos y ser capaz de asumir mas responsabilidades. El consejo que tiene para los nuevos empleados es que el trabajo duro vale la pena.
