Honoring Ruben Rodriguez: Two Decades of Dedication
Ruben Rodriguez recently celebrated over twenty years with our organization, a milestone recognized with a heartfelt luncheon. Reflecting on his journey, Ruben shared what brought him to the team and what’s kept him here: “I was initially looking for work, but I stayed because of the kind of work we do and the good environment with my co-workers.”
Grateful for the recognition by Mr. Leo and Mr. David, Ruben described the honor as “a great satisfaction,” underscoring the pride he feels in his role. Over the years, he’s found fulfillment in mentoring new team members, passing down essential skills for the projects that shape our daily work. His advice to newcomers? “Be on time—punctuality is key—and take responsibility for your duties.”
Ruben’s dedication exemplifies the values that make our organization strong, and we’re proud to celebrate his commitment and contributions.

Celebrating Paulette’s Passion and Dedication
Paulette has been an invaluable member of our team for many years, bringing dedication and positivity to her role in accounting. She initially joined the organization through a temp agency, but a slight mix-up led her to interview directly with Leo and John Franklin.
