Cover Story: Meet Julio Martinez

Julio Martinez, Production Staff - Western Precast Concrete

After 12 years with Western Precast Concrete, Inc. Julio doesn’t look like he is sogin to be slowing down. Julio has ambitiously been moving up the ranks since he joined Western Precast Concrete, Inc. in August of 1994.

From Labor Production to Forklift Operator, Julio has taken advantage of the many opportunity he has been offered to gain experience in other positions. Today, her works in production pouring firms and prepping for the following day among other tasks. Julio says, “I have remained at Western Precast because I am very happy here. It is comfortable environment to me and it feels like family. I enjoy the work I do at Western Precast Concrete, Inc.

Something you may not have know about Julio. Julio is married and has four children, two boys and two girls. He is also a grandpa to a boy. When asked about Julio, Sergio Arvizu, Safety Manager says, “He is a great employee for Western Precast Concrete, Inc. and we are happy to have such a dedicated employee.”
