Amassing over 25 years of collective experience in general contracting and infrastructure, the Abrams-Kiewit joint venture headed by Benjamin Steed, Drainage Superintendent, brings solid industry expertise and knowledge to the Loop 375 Border West Expressway project, for which his talents were commissioned. As such, Benjamin provides oversight for the project’s underground utilities including any and all installation, ordering and subcontracting necessary to the project’s completion, which has been underway for the last four years and will connect Loop 375 from Sante Fe Street to U.S. 85.
