A near three-year employee, Luis R. Castro provides assistance in production at Western Precast. Initially employed as an Arias Staffer, within a few short months Luis was invited to join us full-time and has been a valued employee ever since. With diverse work experience ranging from a pants factory in Fabens, Texas, to grounds work for a recreational park in Pecos, Texas, Luis brings many talents to the table. That coupled with his strong work ethic make him an asset to our company. He affirms to staying focused on his work, avoids gossip and adds, “My bosses are very good people!” Luis also likes that there is never a shortage of work and enjoys having his weekends off. What’s more, he speaks to the high quality of our products and shares his appreciation for Western’s wide reputation for offering top-notch products.

As most of you know, we like to ask our employees about their favorite company event. Not surprisingly, Luis says it’s our annual Halloween party and also enjoys being acknowledged on his birthday every year. When he’s not on the job, Luis takes to home improvement projects and enjoys staying active. With respect to his future, he says he looks to one day enjoying a comfortable retirement and a clean bill of health. For the moment, Western Precast will continue to appreciate Luis’s time and service to the company, and extend our many thanks to him!
