Celebrating excellence
This year on July 25th, 2025 Western Precast held its annual employee recognition luncheon. We were honored to be able to take time to stop production, sales, deliveries and accounting for a couple hours to have lunch together to honor the hard work that all staff at Western Precast does. All staff members were served a delicious tampiqueña steak lunch. With the lunch each staff member received a great insulated lunch cooler filled with snacks and goodies.
All staff members were called upon to come up and be recognized with a check, plaque or certificate honoring their duration of service here at Western. It was and has always been a great opportunity for us to congratulate and thank each member for their dedication and leadership. Recognition of staff members ranged from one week of service to over forty years.
It goes without saying, but so important to say that the success of Western Precast is a result of the great people, safe working environment and quality products we supply.
Thank you to every staff member and remember we are only as successful as each of you!
