Maintaining our fleet of cranes in top condition is essential to ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across all our operations. With the demands placed on our equipment daily, a proactive approach to maintenance helps us prevent downtime, reduce repair costs, and—most importantly—protect our people on site.
Cranes are critical assets that operate under high stress and in challenging environments. Regular inspections and upkeep allow us to detect potential issues early, avoid unexpected failures, and comply with safety regulations. A well-maintained crane is not only safer but also performs more efficiently, helping us meet project timelines. Operators conduct pre- and post-operation checks, including cables, hooks, hydraulic systems, and safety devices. Every operator plays a vital role in maintaining equipment integrity. If they notice unusual noises, vibrations, or performance issues, they report them immediately. Early reporting can prevent small issues from becoming major problems. By maintaining our cranes diligently, we are safeguarding not just machinery and the product but most importantly lives.
We provided a full solution package: precast option, with detailed design drawings, engineered lifting placements, and a lifting plan for use by the third-party crane company recruited for the installation on site.
Our version was provided in a three-piece assembly; to aid with the handling and setting process. The sections were provided with jointed connections that allowed the assembly
to be manufactured under our tight Q.C. controls, then shipped to site once the contractor had prepared the site and final installation location. The sections were cast well in advance and were shipped to site within a few hours. The installation was completed quickly and saved an immense amount of installation time that would have been traded out for an elongated process of casting in place.
