It’s smooth and it actually looks good!” Garney, a Kansas based company recently purchased 42 manholes from Western Precast Concrete, Inc. for a major construction project that will lay 31,000 linear feet of sewer line. “This is a pretty big project that is preparing Ft. Bliss for the influx of troops,” says Lemaster. He adds, “and when it comes to delivery, the drivers make it easy for me, they are very good, cooperate well, and even call me beforehand to ask me exactly where I want the product, which helps a lot in the end…especially with a big job.”
