Our city continues to experience growth and expansion every year, sometimes this expansion occurs over the course of several smaller projects that add to our city’s footprint in small increments. There are other scenarios where it’s due to large projects, immense undertakings that reshape the landscape of our city; and some are large projects that pave the foundation for future projects. We’re going to focus on an immense project that has come to fruition due to a previous large project that continues to spur growth in our city – Amazon.

Since the construction of the Amazon installation in far east El Paso, other opportunities and larger projects have continued to materialize and fuel our city’s expansion.
We are currently working on a large installation that will house not only a data center, warehouses and other support auxiliary services. Project “Seafox” is located in the northeast end of the city in the vicinity of Stan Roberts Sr. Avenue and US 54.

The project is broken up into 3 phases. We are currently working on Phase I, we will begin Phase II by October and will be poised to take on the challenges of Phase III in early 2026. Aside from the immediate financial benefit to our city, which includes generating income for local plumbers, electricians, concrete companies, vendors, and subcontractors in general, projects such as these warehouse districts and data centers raise our city’s position as a major metropolitan area. It demonstrates our city’s ability to not only attain and build major facilities such as these data centers but also adapt to the needs of a growing economy and the demands of the local economic demands.

The facility is broken up into the outer perimeter, internal offices and the massive data center. We are providing a variety of storm sewer and sanitary sewer structures, as well as utility pullboxes that contain power conduits and transformers.

The majority of the structures are for storm water connivance: curb inlets, junction boxes. We are also providing round manholes for both the storm sewer lines and the sanitary sewer portion of the project.
