Richard Alvarado, Quality Control Manager of Western Precast Concrete, Inc., recently attended and received the award for its milestone achievement at the National Precast Concrete Association Salute To Excellence ceremony in Orlando, Florida. “It was an honor to accept this award on behalf of Western Precast Concrete, Inc.
