For our May 2023 newsletter. Western Precast is proud to recognize Stephen Estrada, Welder, who began his journey with this company three years ago. Stephen started as a rebar cutter and quickly moved to his new position as a welder.
Stephen used to work at a metal stamping company for 6 years before coming to Western Precast. He says he was given the opportunity to learn a different skill than what he was used to and really enjoys the culture and wants to continue learning. At Western Precast he has his own area of work and he values the safe work environment and the stability provided at this company. They have excellent benefits and also tokens of appreciation shown throughout the year for their employees.
When Stephen is not at work he enjoys working on cars and watching sports. He played baseball throughout his high school years and just loves the sport. The message Stephen has for new employees is to learn as much as they can.

Stephen solia trabajar en una empresa de estampado de metales durante 6 años antes de llegar a Western Precast. Dice que se le dio la oportunidad de aprender una habllidad diferente a la que estaba acostumbrado y realmente disfruta de la culturay quiere seguir aprendiendo. En Western Precast tiene su propia area de trabajo y valora el amblente de trabajo seguro y la estabilidad que brinda esta empresa. Tienen excelentes beneficios y tambien muestras de agradecimiento mostradas durante todo el ano para sus empleados.
Cuando Stephen no está en el trabajo, le gusta trabajar en autos y ver deportes. Jugó beisbol durante sus años de escuela secundaria y le encanta el deporte. El mensaje que Stephen tiene para los nuevos empleados es que aprendan todo lo que puedan.
