Raul Lujan, Crane Operator
As a crane operator staff member, Raul says he best enjoys his work schedule while working at Western Precast because he has afternoons and weekends available to do other things. While on his time off, Raul really enjoys working on cars, fixing up his home, going out with family, and resting.

A production staff member, Jose says he best loves the friendly staff here Western Precast. He says during his short time here he has seen the staff members do everything possible to be better and they have shown him that he too can learn and be better at his job. When he’s not working, he enjoys soccer and has a minor addiction to video games and music.

A production staff member, Axcel builds boxes for Western Precast and he enjoys the friendly staff here. He says he likes that the staff gets along with each other while working as a team or individually. When he is not at work, he likes to play soccer, going out, and spending time with his family.
